For a successful implementation of this policy, staff will be responsible for identifying customer requirements, and ensure that correct procedures are followed in meeting those requirements.
Objectives needed to ensure that the requirements of this policy are met and a continual refinement is maintained in line with this policy will be set and monitored during reviews.
Training will also be a vital part of this strategy achieving its objectives.
The quality policy principles and objectives will be communicated to all staff.
We commit to operating under the disciplines and control of a Quality Management System which is in conformance with the International Standard ISO 9001:2015.
We commit to operate continuously to this standard and will maintain the necessary Quality
Approvals consistent with our customer requirements.
We commit to constantly review and improve on our services to ensure that our quality continues to improve to the benefit of our customers and partners.
